Processing Time
As items are made-to-order, orders are typically processed within 3 – 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.
Shipping Method
All small items such as stickers, bookmarks, and greeting cards will be shipped via lettermail; These items are sent via Canada Post Lettermail, which is UNTRACKED to keep shipping costs affordable. Lettermail does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Larger items are shipped in flat rate boxes within Canada and small packets to United States, which do come with tracking and faster shipping estimates.
Delivery Time
🇨🇦 Canada: 5–10 business days
🇺🇸 United States: 10–15 business days (you can add tracking in checkout for faster delivery with tracking)
Items ship from St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada and rders may take up to 15 BUSINESS days depending on destination (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Estimated delivery dates are automated estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, holidays, or postal delays. If your order has not arrived after the full delivery window, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

Lost or Damaged Items
Since we do not offer tracking on lettermail, we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your package using this shipping method. Flat rate packages within Canada and small packets to United States are insured up to $100. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees for lettermail and packages are given a flat rate at checkout based on the total size and weight of your order. Additionally, any customs import or duty fees are the customer’s responsibility.
