Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 – 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.

Shipping Method

All small items will be shipped via lettermail. Please note that this method does not include tracking services. Larger items are shipped in flat rate boxes within Canada and small packets to United States, which do come with tracking.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary based on your location and postal service efficiency. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-14 business days after shipping. Please check the details of the shipping method chosen in checkout.

Lost or Damaged Items

Since we do not offer tracking on lettermail, we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your package using this shipping method. Flat rate packages within Canada and small packets to United States are insured up to $100. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for lettermail and packages are given a flat rate at checkout based on the total size and weight of your order. Additionally, any customs import or duty fees are the customer’s responsibility.
